While I haven't played it myself, going by the page and what everyone with more in-depth knowledge has said so far, the sex scenes are pretty much confined to the endings. It seems to qualify as "gay romance with a few explicit scenes".
If the sex scenes are at the end it can probably stay.

Wait, where the sex scenes are doesn't matter. It matters if acquiring them is the point of the game. Is it?

Based on the feedback given in the thread, and that the images I've GIS'd up have not given the appearance of pedo-pandering, I'll vote angel for this work.
However if the complete game ends up being more porny or pandery, I won't mind re-reviewing. For now it doesn't seem to meet those criteria.
From the sounds of things, this looks like a "keep and clean", which is the status I'll put unless the other panel members feel a lock is necessary.

The protagonist of Morenatsu is himself a highschooler. Him having sex with a 16-year-old isn't paedophilia.
EDIT: Actually, looking through the main page and the character profile, I realise that the protagonist's age isn't mentioned anywhere. I still assume that he's a high school student, because the game is about summer vacation and all the potential love interests appear to be 16-17 years old (and the game's page on Wiki Fur refer to the love interests as the protagonist's "childhood friends", which would imply a similar age). Still, I'm no longer 100% on this. If anyone has firm information about the protagonist's age, it would be very valuable.
