I didn't mention Solidus? Sure as hell meant to.
Anyway, I also apparently forgot to mention that the idea was intended as a humorous crackfic. Don't make me have to say it.
One thing, I can definitely see happening for sure.
Ocelot and Aizen constantly trying to one-up each other with in a Gambit Pileup for even the most mundane, ordinarily non-gambit-related things.
I know you meant it humorously. My proposed scenario is meant to be done humorously, too.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.I'm talking Uninvited Guests levels of seriousness here.
Also, I keep imagining Raiden and Tsuruko in the 11th Division.
I know. I didn't say that they'd be successful about it... or that they'd fail miserably, either.
Tsukuyomi would fit in perfectly. Maybe she could even convince Yachiru to convince Kenpachi to unofficially adopt her like he did with Yachiru.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus..... why the hell did I just start shipping Tsukuyomi with Revengeance!Raiden?!
... Gotta admit, they kinda fit together — as long as we're talking "Jack the Ripper" Raiden, that is.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Composite Character - Jack's bloodlust, but pure Raiden otherwise.
Okay, I am now officially thinking of trying a fic where Raiden and Tsukuyomi end up joining the 11th Division.
I'm currently thinking Raiden would have his normal human body from MGS2, but his shikai release would be transformation into his Metal Gear Rising Revengeance ninja cyborg form. Or is that more appropriate for a bankai?
Still working out Tsukuyomi's shikai and/or bankai.
RE Raiden: Make it his Bankai; Shikai aren't supposed to be drastic. Or even better, instead of making him join Soul Society, have him wander Hueco Mundo as an Arrancar.
Tsukuyomi... Well, you could make her Zanpakuto be an "idealized" version of the cursed sword Hina that she had stolen from the Aoyamas' hands and wielded in her last appearances. Make her Bankai that darkness-wreathed Super Mode that she pulled out. Again, I think she would make a better Arrancar than a Shinigami.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus. So would Zaraki Kenpachi. That didn't stop him from becoming a shinigami.
I mean power-wise, not personality-wise. Raiden and Tsukuyomi's power-ups as described by myself and Eva are more oriented towards transforming the body itself rather than either the weapon or manifesting some giant familiar, which is a trait of the Resurrecion power of Arrancar.

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Ah. Well, I'd have to agree with you there. In regards to Raiden, at least. Tsukuyomi's seems like it could work either way.
Also, Raiden's "Jack the Ripper" persona is split off to be his zanpakuto, and his release command would've been "LET 'ER RIP!"
I'll concede that Raiden is almost pure Arrancar, but I think Tsukuyomi would work well enough as a Soul Reaper.
Remind me which Negima chapters, roughly, involved that Super Mode of hers?
Also, I took a small nap earlier, and dreamed that Tsukuyomi was dueling with Ichigo. During the whole thing, in-between happily chatting as she tried to dismember him, she was singing Ichigo's goddamn Theme Music Power-Up.
"If you wanna see some action, you gotta be the center OF ATTRACTION!"

The Gatekeeper's Palace Final Showdown chapters, when she's duelling Setsuna. Now that I think about it, Tsukuyomi could work as a Visored-type Shinigami.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.I knew it would've been around that point in time, I was just hoping you might've been able to narrow down the numbers for me.
I think Tsukuyomi will probably end up filling the 11th Division's vacancy in the Fourth Seat. She'd probably even find it amusing.
Well, 303 and 304 is its first appearance. We get a further glimpse in 318, and then we don't see it again until 329, at the end of the fight.
Oh, and she'd have to kick Yumichika's ass to do that — and he's way physically stronger than he looks like, BTW. Strong implications abound that he's actually the better fighter between him and Ikkaku (whether it's with his true Shikai or not is unknown), and that he let Ikkaku take 3rd Seat because 1) they're friends, and 2) he himself hates the number 4 for looking "ugly", and since he gave #3 to Ikkaku, he took #5 as the next thing better than #4.

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.I've already taken that into account, and I think that Tsukuyomi would be able to go head-to-head with Ikakku using his Shikai around the time of the Soul Society Arc in terms of skill, if not outright power as well. She would be dead meat against anyone using Bankai until she also gets access to it, though.
I currently have in my mind Tsukuyomi and Yumichika being of semi-equal power. Normally, Yumichika would be 4th and Tsukuyomi 5th, but it's the other way around because Yumichika has the aforementioned beauty complex.

Then you'd have to give a good reason why Tsukuyomi got past him; she's not Ikkaku, so she'll have to fight Yumichika to prove herself worthy of the 4th Seat.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus. She would not. There's no rule stating that you have to go up in rank one at a time. Yumichika is 5th seat. To take fourth seat, Tsukuyomi would need to challenge the fourth seat. Since Yumichika is stronger than the fourth seat, it would actually be easier to take fourth seat than it would be to take fifth seat.
And after Tsukuyomi defeats the fourth seat, Yumichika would also have to defeat the former fourth seat if he doesn't want to be demoted to sixth seat (assuming, of course, that Tsukuyomi doesn't just kill the fourth seat during the challenge).

That's the thing: It is explicitly stated that the 11th Division's 4th Seat is vacant because 1) Yumichika prefers the shape of "5" over "4", and 2) nobody in 11th Division was able to prove that they're strong enough to be ranked above Yumichika, since the seat ranks are largely based around combat ability (Hanataro being 7th seat notwithstanding; 4th Division is medical care-oriented, so it probably follows different rules).

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.I like the idea that the 11th collaborates on killing the 4th Seat whenever one shows up just for the lulz.
PM box is always open.Okay, this one is downright hilarious. The head members of the Shinigami Women's Association concoct a plan to reeducate their male counterparts on the finer points of dealing with women, whether in a romantic context or not.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus. But if Ikakku and Yumichika are of roughly equal power, then if Tsukuyomi can beat one she can presumably beat the other.
No Solidus?
Anyway... Boss, Big Boss, and Solid are outraged by the Stupid Lawful inefficiency of Soul Society's society and laws, and thus they plan out how to overthrow Old Man Genocide (Liquid follows Dear Old Daddy, of course).
