If I get time tonight, I'll work on the collage idea I suggested on the first page.
EDIT: Spent about an hour fussing with it and just ended up getting aggravated and pitching all my source pics...and it's gonna be a few days before I can be where I can take another crack at it.

I don't know, a little bit too wordy.

So what's my prize? Cash or Cash? And looks more appropriate for a cloning trope. I think any in-universe example is going to have that problem.
Perhaps a collage of the many Image Comics Wolverine clones?

Maybe you'd be less disappointed if you stopped expecting things to be Carmen Sandiego movies. There is an image link page. Why aren't we just taking from there?
Improving as an author, one video at a time. The ImageLinks.Fountain Of Expies has the page images for the subtropes. They're already taken.

Rhymes with "Protracted."I tried to work on the idea I had a while back but nothing was working right...I may try again but it's gonna be a few days before I could get to it.
btw i pulled it cause it was a duplicate
I like the idea of using superman. Perhaps if we pick them showing similar powers (flight or damage resistance for example)
The Sentry◊ 2◊

Other suggestions:
Moon Knight◊ 2◊
Nite Owl◊ (who is also a Captain Ersatz of an Expy of Batman / Legacy Character)
EDIT: Worked on this:

The second one's not bad.
Ghilz Moon Knight did not look like batman and you forgot to ad Deflator Mouse from The Tick and There is a That Man from Bad Guy High who is more of a bad Batman Clone
Anyway as for the pic we may need to have a pic of Darth Vader Clones as well as Super Man Clones and Batman Clones together in one pic
Darkness is The Power of LifeI'd probably look for another Batman pic - I think that one's actually in use on the work's page proper.
Of course, it's not exactly a duplicate considering it's being juxtaposed against other images, but still.
Moon◊"Perhaps a collage of the many Image Comics Wolverine clones?"
I was just about to suggest that! DAMN YOOOOOU!
But seriously, I think that would make a great pic, since so many look so close to him.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.Post 37 is good, but with a different Batman and maybe V or The Cape too?

You're talkin' a lot, but you're not sayin' anything. — Talking Heads, 1977Moon Knight is Marvel's direct attempt at making a "Batman" (Word of God even confirms this as the case). Rich Idiot With No Day Job fights crime using martial arts, themed gadgetry, with a focus on nocturnal crimefighting. Also, limited at 350 pixels wide. Can only put so many people and keep the image readable.
V would be a poor example, as he's not really a Batman Expy. Beside the cloak and black color theme, he's got nothing in common (for one, he's an anarchist, not really a vigilante in the traditional sense of the term. Not real big emphasis on gadgets, has no problem with killing). The current characters all have strong parallels to batman not just in looks but in characters (Though Nite Owl is an Ersatz of Blue Beetle 2, who is himself based on Batman, so that's kind of circuitous). I've honestly not seen The Cape to know if the guy fits the mold.
Of course, I could take it to the next level and make an image using Zorro (Who is the inspiration of Batman) as the origin point.

Those characters often seem to be more inspiration than copycatting.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.Almost exactly the same thing, matter of degree. Also...
First sentence of description: "A character who is so popular and impactful that many other characters created afterwards are heavily inspired by it."
Laconic: "Popular character, imitated by several others."
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Well still, the visual similarities aren't close enough to make a good picture.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid. My point: Moon Knight and Nite Owl, beside the visual looks, actually DO resemble Batman as characters. Both in methodology and in character traits. They both look like examples, and ARE examples.
I think Nite Owl looks close to Batman—but Moon Knight, not so much.
It is being used in Rei Ayanami Expy, where it is more appropriate.
