Setsuka was honestly one of my fave fighters. Down the line I'd love to see her again.

Why was she a brunette to a blond again? I don't recall them ever explaining that.

Supposedly blond is her natural hair color, while black is what she dyed while she was living in Japan.

I think that's said on her page here on TV Tropes, but I can't find an actual source for that (though I'll admit it'd be a sensible explanation if it was genuine).

I believe her profiles said she was often picked on because of her hair growing up a foreigner in Japan.

Well Asia can be pretty racial, so that's not hard to believe. Not to mention that stupid bullying on ginger heads get.

Not that weird of hair color but whatever gets me to be jackass faster.

Reimnder this was back in the day too, so she was seen as strange looking with her height, structured jaw, blonde hair and less dainty features.

Setsuka is pretty darn cool yeah.

We have YouTube footage, it's legit. Apparently an esports event in Australia is going on now and it has what's basically the final build, including all the characters up to this point plus Raphael and Cervantes. Also they have in-game move lists finally.

The most important thing I took away from that video is that I finally have the real answer to why SCVI wasn't at York Street Battles^note Sydney FGC Meetup last month, because Melbourne robs Sydney of conventions and EVENTS YET AGAIN GODDAMIT EVERY GODDAMN TI-

And with this we have characters from 1-3. Azwel may have some connection to Algol for uh, obvious reasons, but he doesnt count. Hilde might be in as DLC since her father went mad due to the evil seed event which takes place here....and besides the bonus characters who are non canon (?) except Ashlotte (??), thats it for IV reps. and we all know V is the future so unless astral chaos pokes time wholes we wont get reps from then either.

So what do you guys think of the cast? no Yun Seong is gonna make my sis cry but it looks p solid to me.

I know you guys are joking (and since im always the resident Patroklos defence force, fight me), but you guys do realize if Pat gets in Setsuka would be out right? Pat would only be able to go through time or astral chaos as alpha pat, which uses setsuka's style. also since we dont know what happens after credits role pat and pyhrra could easily get swalloed up by whatever portals geralt came through.

He's no worse than Seigfried was. Only real difference is Seigfried had several games to tell his arc while Pat had one hastily rushed one.

Let me tell you the tale of a young cocky lad who was searching for someone important to them. In their quest they fought and slew people and ended up being manipulated by the cursed sword. Upon realizing the error of their ways, they wield soul calibur to destroy the blade only and seek redemption, only to end up being manipulated by it as well. In fact, in one route where they followed Soul Calibur the T, Soul Calibur covered the world in ice, making it the world it wished for. They then learn to fight without either blade, using their own strength to over come challenges.

Now, which one am I talking about :P
