Shinx Girl: Hmph. Mezzolf is still the best pairing ever. I dunno who this Every guy thinks he is, but he's DEFINITELY not Mezzo's boyfriend. >:| -stalks off-

Shinx!Tagg: <Belinda's so weird when she gets like this...> -pads after his Trainer-

Further Meanwhile

Fan of the Show: YES! I KNEW IT! -jumps up with a fistpump-

Friend of the Fan: -sighs and pulls him down- You're making a fool out of yourself...

-Fool has finished playing J-team vs Capcom, apparently she wasn't allowed to play as herself because in-game Fool's attacks and special attacks are broken. So she chose Wolf... and cherry tapped her way to victory. She is now wandering around the art selection-

-Meanwhile, back at his stand, Hatbox shuffles through his papers-

Hatbox: I've got to clean this mess up...

-Hatbox notices a few papers fall out. He quickly picks them up-

Hatbox: Oh?

-The papers read "Ambassadors to the East and West"-

Hatbox: Oh this... I wanted to come here to actually show some of my new projects and plans that I have now in terms of writing. But all my fans wanted was anther Halo: Halos in Space or Doom Repercussions Of Evil... I actuall wanted people to take me seriously as a writer now...

-Hatbox tucks the papers under his wing as he packs up his stall-

Wally: "I couldn't find Tagg anywhere. It's really strange being in a crowd where so many people look like him."

I had a chat with some of my colleagues, I don't think he's around at the moment. Also, one of them seemed rather badly hurt.

Wally: "I wonder who would beat up a narrator for no reason..."

I'm not entirely sure, but it's what we signed up for when we took up the job.

Wally: "Eh-heh. I'm probably not cut out for it then. By the way, where's Mr. Deikun?"

To be honest, I don't know. He doesn't even have anyone that looks like him here.

Wally:(spots Artesia)"Hey, that could be him."

-Wally rushes over to find it isn't Casval-

Artesia: (blushes)"I-is there...something you want?"

Wally: "Ah! N-no, you just looked like someone I knew."

Artesia: (shocked)"What? Where?!"

Wally: "Well, I don't know. That's kind of why I'm looking..."

Artesia: "Then he's around here somewhere!" -dashes off-

Wally: "Strange Girl."

Agreed.

-Sighs and sits down somewhere-

Ohm: *tilts her head at Portales, leading him over to Wolf; tugs on Wolf's shirt gently* <Excuse me.>

J-Team Fangirl: Mister Writer! Mister Writer! Are you ever going to make Janom canon!? I know it's a retro ship but it's my all-time fav!

Portales: <Um... hi, Wolf.>

Hm? Oh, hello. Ohm, right? -notices Portales- There you are! I'm sorry about leaving you behind. I thought you were with me, but I turned and you were gone. -pats his head- I missed you, buddy.

Writer: Wow, I haven't heard that word in a while. -smiles nostalgically- Maybe? We'll have to see, won't we. We don't have any plans to bring Jane back, at the moment, but you never know. -grins cheekily-

After walking around J-Con and messing with fans for a while, Crewe slips in the back door to the TV show panel, listening with a lost look on her face.

Pummelo Stadium - Yesterday

Copahue growls at Electabuzz.

Copahue -extends wings — <Really? I might have been a HM slave but you think I'm that stupid to let myself low anywhere near you?>

"Copahue, all your moves require contact."

Copahue — <...> — coos, continues flying — <The universe hæts me...>

"Come on, you just need to hit him hard enough. Go with Pursuit!"

Copahue covers his wings with Obscura and dives in.

Portales: -smiles- <Oh, thanks. I missed you too, Wolf!>

Crewe, despite having no idea what's gone on in the show up to this point, raises her hand.

"Do you plan to kill off anybody? Or otherwise write them off?"

Ohm: *nods, becoming a lot more silent all of a sudden; is happy that Portales has found someone he knows*

How have you been? How are the rest of you guys, too? -is petting Ohm, because Ampharos-

Writer: I can't really tell you that, now can I? I will say that we considered several characters to leave last year, before we settled on Jane. I think we toyed with the idea of writing out Crewe for a long time, before deciding that there was still so much potential for stories there.

There! Everyone entering this room will temporarily forget that Every is a part of the J-Team! So you don't have to worry about being missed! Yes, it applies to Every too. But only affects someone while in room.

Portales: <Well, we've been watching the J-Team TV Show at home. They got Gallade's bandanna color wrong—it's supposed to be red, not orange. Um... Rebecca and Antoine have been doing okay, Eliza's been unpredictable as always, Equinox has been helping around with the plants....>

Portales: -giggles a bit- <Spoons is really silly sometimes, but she's nice. Bonnie's been spending time with her girlfriend, Clyde. She's a Scizor, but I don't think you've met her yet. Oh, and she has this Mawile that I hadn't met before, who was pretty cool. And she managed to get Faithful to stop being so mean to people who weren't Dragon Types, so um... yeah. We've been good.>

-blink- Okay....

Oh, these wax statues are nice. -goes to look at them-

Crewe isn't quite sure how to feel about that answer, so just nods.

"Okay... So do you just make shit up, or are you actually following the J-Team and showing what they do?"

-a young woman is cautiously following Anom, trying to get up the nerve for an autograph-

That's great! How's Jane's mom? I know her Camerupt passed away.

Writer: That's a really good question. When we started, we were trying to keep pretty close to the real events, but as time has gone on, it's become more difficult, and there are more opportunities for story-telling if we adapt the events, rather than sticking to the true events.

Copahue — <AAAACKKKKK!!!!> — is jolted by the electricity and the fist to the chest.

Copahue loses pretty much all his energy, then instantly and automatically noms the Salac Berry for no raisin, and feels his body become nimbler.

Copahue — <I'm going to Pokéheaven? O_o>

"You just got a speed bost, Copahue! You'll be able to land the next Fury Attack before he does now!"

Copahue nods, then charges at Electabuzz top speed.
