The article talks about people screaming (or moaning) about something stressful. Yet, watchers take them as a sign of orgasms.

This trope happens A LOT. There are rare cases where you see someone screaming, and you don't see some fan saying this. Even so, it only has 3 articles related to it. Why?

I believe the title is kind of confusing. Besides, it talks in femenine (Looks like she is enjoying it), when it works out perfectly fine for both genders.

I vote for a rename, something like All Screams Are Orgasms or Screaming Means Sexual Pleasure. Also, I would like to include some other things like sweatting (which also happens as often), and make it include The Immodest Orgasm as a related article.

I have a lot of problems with that description

If she really is enjoying it, she's Too Kinky to Torture. If both combatants are (ahem) doing it, it's Orgasmic Combat.

Flat out wrong.

It's not about whether the fans (or audience) say it. It's about whether some other character in the work says it, thinks it, or indicates that's what they're thinking.

Anybody got a problem if I chainsaw the Audience Reactions?

Okay, I've removed all the examples that didn't seem to include a lampshade(I'm not sure about the Buffy example, but it seems good enough). Description could use some cleanup.

Also, as much as I adore Watchmen and love seeing it pimped, the page quote is an inversion in which Laurie thinks the criminal's grunts of pleasure is pain or asthma. I actually think the Snakes On A Plane example has a better quote.

Mind if I tweak the description to specify that the trope is about in-universe examples (except for the Real Life section)?

Actually, can I remove the Real Life section altogether?
