Ahh, console video games (or vidcons as I call them). the ultimate medium of expression, able to convey any emotion ranging from hatred to love, loyalty to fear, all in front of our eyes. Ah, and with lovingly crafted art, music, and the ability to control the action, vidcons are the ultimate combination of the high arts. While I tend to play the stoic, I will be the first to admit that vidcons haven driven me to cry, to scream and shout, to feel actual hate; such is the power of this force beyond our wildest reckoning. And here I am, before you, to temp your tongues with the taint of such a tantalizing topic.
And the Japanese, the true geniuses behind the world of video games. Pah, I throw my scorn upon such incompetents of the West who would mock the true art of the Japanese with 'games' such as Baldur's Gate and Madden. Perhaps it is that the West is not as intelligent as the East, but this is a matter for another day. Japan has given us such masterpieces as the Final Fantasy series, Star Ocean, Wild Arms, and of course, Arc the Lad. Yes, some of the finest vidcons in the world were created by Japanese. I come to you today to ask you in all earnesty, what is your favorite vidcon? I will reveal mine after the grand debate has illustriously begun, but not before the first poster falls victim to my plot of discussion.
In other words, this is a thread on an imaginary forum our avatars frequent. The topic can fluctuate, and its mostly just general discussion.
Not to be mean but I don't know how could anyone think the Earth being flat when so many hills and mountains exist there.
Since I've been in space before, I'm already familiar with the spherical shapes planets have and the gravitational pull they have.
Well it is just a theory Momotchi. aroo.

1 What I really meant was “don’t let Klee destroy Mondstadt.
he’s lying. this is a lie. what he said really has to do with the end of his story quest, when he says that one day he might “lose control” and wonders if the Traveler (who has fought gods and won) can stop him. Not will the Traveler stop him, can the Traveler stop him.
“You carry the aura of the stars, interesting...”[1] Funny thing: The Earth really isn't a sphere - due to centrifugal force, it approximates an ellipsoid, with the biggest "radius" at the equator, i.e. perpendicular to the axis of rotation. Approximates and not is, because as you said already, hills and valleys exist.
And on a side note, because people tend to get confused with the term "theory": In a scientific context, the meaning is vastly different from its colloquial usage - what's known as a "theory" colloquially would scientifically only be called a hypothesis. Before that can even be called a scientific theory, it needs to be a falsifiable statement, and it needs to undergo rigorous experimentation in order to test if and under what conditions it holds.
Hope that clears a couple of things up - I personally don't get what's so confusing about this, but apparently people do get confused over it.
"What I don‘t like about measure theory is that you have to say 'almost everywhere' almost everywhere." - Attributed to Kurt Friedrichs[1] Ah, I see! aroo.
Thank you for that peace of info!
That was a fun thing to learn more about!
Meet the Tamas!◊ Can't let any of those suckers live! This Klee sounds like a fun person, what's she like?
"That was a pointless encounter with a pointless person."

Harpy isn't the worst singer. I mean, I've heard Tympanus Heterodyne's "Symphony #7: More Big Drums and Screaming"* before.
Wow, and here I thought I was bad. "Hetertodyne" (*sigh*) — of course . . .
On a different note, the allied armies are preparing for something big and we can't risk the enemy intercepting our messages. So we're going to be shutting down our more high-tech communication systems for a while. That means we'll have no more internet connection for a certian period of time. I'm not sure how long it will take, but hopefully we'll be back by tomorrow or at least the day after.
Bye, everyone! Have a great time!

Hey guys! So I have some cool news I’d like to share with you all! I went to Area Zero to try and get past my trauma (It didn’t work, but I at least tried.) and while exploring, I found another person who was experimented on, and now we’re friends!
Again, I’m not why you want to introduce me to these people.
To make new friends, silly!
…Fine. Hey everyone. I’m Athena. Nice to meet you, or whatever.
OOC: Right, General Gigan uses the name Athena as well! I’m gonna change that in a moment, that’s my bad!
Edited by DawnOfEclipse on Dec 30th 2022 at 1:12:08 PM
If I recall correctly, there is another Athena on this thread, who uses the same text colour, and is also somewhat of a, for lack of a better term, lab rat. Any connection?
“You carry the aura of the stars, interesting...”[1] Enjoy the trip!
[2] A good demowoman! She loves blowing stuff up, apparently. I kinda feel like something's off about Albedo's correction earlier, though...
Yeah, I was about to ask the same! There was another Athena posting from the handle GeneralGigan, wasn't there?
"What I don‘t like about measure theory is that you have to say 'almost everywhere' almost everywhere." - Attributed to Kurt FriedrichsI agree that the correction seems a bit fishy. From what I’ve seen of Albedo, he uses precise, even clinical language. So why would he use the active verb “destroy” as if referring to himself when he was in reality talking about Klee? It seems to not make sense.
“You carry the aura of the stars, interesting...”Albedo doesn't seem like the type of guy to cause mass destruction... Besides, he's allergic to water, he would probably get destroyed in seconds, if it did ever come to that.

I can still read your posts, you know. And, well, you are correct that I wasn’t totally sincere when I mentioned Klee. The details are quite personal and giving them out may endanger me, so I can’t elaborate. In any case, I will still be trying to prevent my sister from blowing the city up. And I’m sure that there was consideration for the water within the personal details I mentioned.

“You carry the aura of the stars, interesting...”Wait, really? I thought it was nothing... Well, thanks for being honest, at any rate. I'm sure Exotic Ventures is willing to invest their time in protecting Mondstadt - and if they aren't, I am. Even if it means coughing up more blood again.

Thank you for your concern. I desperately hope that day never comes, but, if it does, I’m glad to know that there’s people willing to help.
“You carry the aura of the stars, interesting...”Oh, I almost forgot that I wanted to give Tighnari the poinsettia! Moving out, see you later maybe, folks.
"What I don‘t like about measure theory is that you have to say 'almost everywhere' almost everywhere." - Attributed to Kurt Friedrichs[1] Wait, her name is actually Harpy? No wonder Wario and Waluigi were warning us!
The word harpy always bugged me, I rather not say why.
Oh I already know why as you accidentally said it when we were playing that D&D/TMNT fan game.
