Ahh, console video games (or vidcons as I call them). the ultimate medium of expression, able to convey any emotion ranging from hatred to love, loyalty to fear, all in front of our eyes. Ah, and with lovingly crafted art, music, and the ability to control the action, vidcons are the ultimate combination of the high arts. While I tend to play the stoic, I will be the first to admit that vidcons haven driven me to cry, to scream and shout, to feel actual hate; such is the power of this force beyond our wildest reckoning. And here I am, before you, to temp your tongues with the taint of such a tantalizing topic.

And the Japanese, the true geniuses behind the world of video games. Pah, I throw my scorn upon such incompetents of the West who would mock the true art of the Japanese with 'games' such as Baldur's Gate and Madden. Perhaps it is that the West is not as intelligent as the East, but this is a matter for another day. Japan has given us such masterpieces as the Final Fantasy series, Star Ocean, Wild Arms, and of course, Arc the Lad. Yes, some of the finest vidcons in the world were created by Japanese. I come to you today to ask you in all earnesty, what is your favorite vidcon? I will reveal mine after the grand debate has illustriously begun, but not before the first poster falls victim to my plot of discussion.

In other words, this is a thread on an imaginary forum our avatars frequent. The topic can fluctuate, and its mostly just general discussion.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/remimi.png    Well I heard of a mouse youkai that serves one of the Buddhists at Myouren Temple but a rat is a first. Tupai and the hobgoblins usually take care of any vermin aside from one stubborn rat in witch's clothing.

[1] There isn't a lot of lore in Dyson Sphere Program besides: humanity has uploaded itself into a simulation and needs power to sustain said simulation. There's also an enemy called the Dark Fog, which you can read up on here. Would recommend watching a playthrough of the game

[2] That's a very unique perspective on my homeworld... You should see what the "cities" actually do. And about that purple-and-green robot, he must've been an interesting person if he insisted on being called a "she", maybe a history nerd? Whose experience with his own Dyson Sphere Program you may have ruined.

Obviously the pilot in question is backed up somewhere, and getting destroyed was just a minor annoyance

My my, a Ruin Guard that actually speaks in our common language. So many surprises in this thing called a "thread". Dottore truly outdone himself with his invention that I'm using called a "computer", reverse-engineered from Khaenri'ah technology. Without it, I wouldn't have found this mysterious Domain in Teyvat called "TV Tropes". How lovely.

Sorry, I don't believe we're on the same page here, what's a ruin guard? I'm a digital human, and the only reason why I have a constructor mech as my avatar is that I pioneered the Dyson Sphere Program with that mech.

I have had to go through so many damn universes that it's getting very confusing(I'm usually not confused) and I keep on forgetting what you call your things. Yes, that purple and green robot called themself a she. Ones that mess with fate are usually very unusual. The most hard part about wiping them away from existence is dealing with the evidence of their existence. Sure, you can impale them and dispose of the body but then there is everything that they've left behind. Sometimes I needed to murder whole entire families because of one person. Here's an example of someone who was very annoying to wipe out: that purple and green robot. There was so much...data...I sometimes destroyed the wrong things and had to remake them. So yeah. Also, Columbina I do not recommend getting any help from anyone in this thread. The amount of times I've had to find a way to delete posts, wipe away memories and make sure that the offenders never touch TV Tropes again is immeasurable.

Odd. No matter, Ruin Guards are sentient machines left behind by Khaenri'ah. Even long after the civilization was wiped out by Celestia 500 years ago, they still roam Teyvat, though some are aligned with the Abyss Order. The technology of the Ruin Guards is so valuable to us, the Fatui, and Dottore is interested in studying them because their technological advancements far surpass anything ever conceived in Teyvat, even Fontaine.

Very well. I look forward to conversing with you in the future.

[up][up]Is that so? As much as I would like to introduce your little friends to one, sadly, they're top secret to our operations...

Piero: Columbina, that's enough! Dottore's invention is not to be misused for petty chatting. It's for intel gathering, and you'll risk exposing our operations to our enemies. Now come. Her majesty summons us for a meeting.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/columbina_icon_3_3.png

Oops. I guess Piero isn't pleased I spent too long on this. Well farewell for the time being. May the Tsaritsa bless you with eternal winter.

(Due to a "bug" with Dottore's "computer", confidential Fatui intel is leaked.)

  • Anemo Archon — Barbatos: Gnosis secured.
  • Geo Archon — Morax: Gnosis secured.
  • Electro Archon — Shogun: Gnosis missing. Scaramouche has gone rogue and is still in possession of her Gnosis. We must track him down immediately.
  • Dendro Archon — Kusanali: Preparations by Dottore pending final action. We must be alert about the Traveler, who is more than likely to show up in Sumeru.
  • Hydro Archon — [NAME UNAVAILABLE]: Cautious planning is advised to secure her Gnosis and avoid detection by the Court of Fontaine. Their water channels are spy networks.
  • Pyro Archon — Murata: Still in the planning phase. The God of War may need to be fought with more direct measures if espionage and diplomacy go ary.
  • Once all Gnoses are secured, commence final operation against Celestia. All Harbingers and Fatui personnel must be ready for war at once.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/coffretchi_arms_crossed.png [1] Nothing's odd about a talking rat when you know Master Splinter.

…So one physicist said to the other “I have an idea for how to make more milk.” And the second physicist said “Alright.” A week later, two folders of results and an exhausted physicist come into the farm. The first physicist says “Could I measure your cows?” And the farmer says “Sure.” After the measuring’s done the physicist says “Well that’s a shame. These cows are the wrong shape! My results assumed spherical cows in a vacuum!” (Mooooo….ooooo) 😄 [down] What? You’re probably the only person in this thread other than us that knows physics well, so it’ll make everyone else laugh!

As in regards to novel publishing all over Teyvat? If so, I'm not sure why you implied that we're from those fiction novels and owned by "companies". I'm just a Fatui Harbinger serving her majesty, the Tsaritsa.

Also, what's this place called the "United States"? It doesn't seem to exist in Teyvat.
