s'cool. It's just that whenever someone calls me Monkeyface, it's usually to call me out on my bullshit. Which is often.
>SZ: Post tentative bio
Name: Paul Land
Handle: [SE] ShadowEgo
Info: Loves a good book, overly complicated art films, Psychology, grindy, dirty-sounding electronica and dancing (somewhat hesitant to admit the latter)
Typing quirks: Sesquipedalian Loquaciousness. Or more properly, he finds himself compelled by forces outside, or possibly inside, his mind to elucidate upon the intricacies of his surface persona. He also finds elation in expressing his complete and utter distaste for the disfiguring of the written word that is emoticons.
Derse Dreamer.
Sprite: Speakersprite. upper body of famous Psychatrist Carl Jung, head is a halfway decent speaker.
Your sylladex: Assocative. One main slot, items that has some (possibly obscure) connection with the previous one in the tree. To retrieve, an associative link has to be made between one of the outter "branches" and an item in Paul's proximity and work back. Prone to malfunctioning on the account of trains of thought stopping at inopportune moments, and going from branch to branch in one train of thought is a right nightmare.
Strife Specibus: Stickkind
Title and associated powers: Seer of Movement. At low level allows him to manipulate objects in motion, including himself, although several laws of physics like to make maximum use of this power.
Server player currently unknown, preferrably one who reacts in an interesting way to armchair psychology.

Liveblog | DeadblogDear Boogie, upon rereading, I found a kinship in your Ben's obsession with fantasy novels. Would you let me be your server?
@Dundee
Monkey beat ya to it. > : P
"The world ends with you. If you want to enjoy life, expand your world. You gotta push your horizons out as far as they'll go."@dm: No, you're my server. I'm somebody elses server. So go nuts.
You can be mine, Dundee, would make sense with the char's interests.
Charlie Tunoku is a lover and a fighter.Your name is JAKE MATTHEWS. You go by ENLONG on most websites, but have taken the chumhanle apologeticDragon for Pesterchum. Lousy two-word NAME REQUIREMENTS. You greatly enjoy NOVELS of a FANTASTIC BENT, though you have recently taken to ones focusing more on the POLITICAL STRUCTURE of fantasy nations. You also have a passion for GAMES of both the TABLETOP and VIDEO variety, as well as COOKING. You also want to DRAW and create MUSIC VIDEOS and such, but you are INDESCRIBABLY INEXPERIENCED AND CRAPPY AT IT. Many of these INTERESTS are often drowned out by an extreme attraction to the INTERNET, at a bit of a defecit to much of what goes on in your life. You have to stop. But addiction is a powerful thing. You are the Sage of Will, which will allow you to do amazing things with willpower and mental strength if your powers are properly nurtured, and you dream of things yet to come on the light-bathed moon of PROSPIT. But you don't know any of that yet.
In dealing with people, you attempt to be as nice as you can. It doesn't always work out, as in real life you have trouble READING SOCIAL CUES and on the INTERNET it's far easier to be snarky and have people appreciate that.
When playing STROPE, the first thing you placed into the siezurekernel was a copy of a CERTAIN LAWYER-BASED GAME, resulting in a creature you call PHOENIX SPRITE: ACE ATTORNEY. You secretly wish, in hindsight, that you had used the PROSECUTOR's game, but you don't dare tell the sprite that.
Your strife specibus is allocated to STAFFKIND. Worst-case scenario, it's still a heavy stick. sylladex is set to a SHOOTING GAME setting. To retrieve an item, you must first slot the card into an included game system, and play a level or defeat a boss of a SPACE SHOOTER OF OCCASIONALLY RIDICULOUS DIFFICULTY. The difficulty and length is dependent on the item stored. Kind of a pain to have to explain to people that you can't give them an item because of those damn curvy lasers.
When typing, you attempt to use fairly good punctuation.
in addition, you prefer to create new lines between points rather than merely creating huge paragraphs, to ensure that they are all seen.

I have a message from another time...Wait, I thought...
GYA.
"The world ends with you. If you want to enjoy life, expand your world. You gotta push your horizons out as far as they'll go."Okay, updated my profile, Keybreak, Monkey, check it to see if it's right. n.n
Ne Obliviscaris Pesterchum Handle: christenedTemplarKay Jett. So I need a client...
We seem to be split between this and the discussion thread...
Changing everything over again.

Alright, I need a client, not a server.
...
XD
"The world ends with you. If you want to enjoy life, expand your world. You gotta push your horizons out as far as they'll go."Alright, I'll be Joe's server! That's all clear?
I wouldn't mind being Joe's client since our characters are kind of similar personality-wise, so if he's okay with that then I'd just need a client player of my own.

Take two.
- Your name is Ezekiel Watts, and your handle is BlackBolt.
- You enjoy tinkering with objects, building useful things, and watching sparks dance. You also enjoy quiet slice-of-life, cheesy Japanese special effects shows, as well as gothic horror and mad scientific literature. As a speaker to the dead (who have haunted you for years), you have developed a slow, melancholic, yet optimistic outlook and a keen eye for funeral arrangements. The thing you would like most at the moment is for your accursed mechanical arm not to break down so damned often.
- You type with distinct and purposeful slowness, so much so that others complain. Sometimes you feel insecure and...trail...off...in...strange...intervals...
- You are a Derse Dreamer, and you find the shadows oddly soothing.
- Your sprite is that of a Frankenstein's monster doll (ooh does it bother you when they confuse the creator and the creature) which you call Jean Karloff.
- Your sylladex is the Schematic Modus. To retreive items, you must properly solve the schematic that the modus generates for your item. Failure to make the device work destroys the item and gives you a painful shock. You are no masochist, but you think that pain is a good incentive for practice.
- Your Strife Specibus is that of Staffkind. You are proficient in fighting with a staff, and you see it as one of the most versatile weapons ever devised. In your hands, it is a sword, a shield, and a spear all at once...that is, if you can tune your delicate mechanical arm to not break down each time you heft the pole.
- As the Vassal of Lightning and the wielder of the "Sparky Thing", you have the ability to control electrons, call down lightning bolts, disable electric-powered devices, absorb electrons in the area, and other uses.
- Your server player is Alexis Schneider.

Katsuun, dmBoogie, your characters have very similar powers. Does either one want to pick another one?
Keybreak, Jettison, could you elaborate your powers a little bit more? Over PM if you want to keep the details vague.
Power updated and bad MS sprite added.
Kitkat Kitkat / He's our man / If any one screws up / He sure can -ImcaPM sent Alk, let me know what you think.
Ne Obliviscaris Pesterchum Handle: christenedTemplarCareful about adding too many players, it becomes a clusterfuck trying to work everything out and you get screwed over by inactive people. We had 12 in the first human one and half stopped really doing anything within a couple weeks.
Do or do not, there is no try.THERE CAN NEVER BE ENOUGH PLAYERS
Kitkat Kitkat / He's our man / If any one screws up / He sure can -ImcaOh, I closed the list at twelve players. Whoever finishes their placeholder first or adds in a new one will get the final slot.
As for inactive players, I have a way for them to drop out of the game but have their characters come back if they start participating again.
*counts players*
1 slot left.
Ne'er mind, done and done. Hopefully I won't be lacking in participation due to my job.

Whatever happened, I'm pretty sure I didn't do it. Hopefully.
I still need a server player.
