Cool, it deserves it.
2020's a hell of a long time to wait in movie terms. You think the series is even going to still be relevant then?
Bad news: the movie's been pulled from its release date of July 17, 2020.
Good news: It's not even close to dead.

apparently disney forgot this movie was technically theirs now so they forgot to put it on the schedule but its still gonna release when it was supposed to
I'm just happy its on Amazon Prime
New theme music also a boxMan, so weird going to the first posts about this show calling it a Family Guy ripoff when it's... really like the opposite of Family Guy. In that Bob's... actually a family guy.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.and its actually funny and doesn't rely on clip gags
New theme music also a boxBob has to be the anti-Peter Griffin. I actually think Bob would be one of Peter's archnemesis because Bob would so call him out for being an awful Jerkass and being an Abusive Parent to his children. Also Family Guy has many times poked jabs at Bob's Burgers.
I'm glad this show is slowly building up Louise and Rudy's relationship every season, even it is just one or two episodes at a time, Louise has got a few interests in the series but she's simply at her sweetest around him.
Has there actually been any news about the movie? Like, a trailer or anything?
No news
New theme music also a boxSo what do you think is going on with it? Disney can;t just be sitting on it, can they?
An animated theatrical movie is right out I think,a made for TV movie is much more likely( essentially extra long episode with a slightly higher budget)
New theme music also a boxThink they'll make it a Disney+ streaming exclusive?
Disney has listed it on its theatrical releases for the year as coming out in theaters July 17, 2020.

Maybe you'd be less disappointed if you stopped expecting things to be Carmen Sandiego movies. Then they'd better get up off their asses and start promoting it! I've seen more promotion for "Jungle Cruise" than I have for this.
This is getting suspicious. It's now February, and there's still no trailer. They have essentially six months to promote this movie.
Maybe,there is no movie
New theme music also a boxIf the movie were cancelled, someone involved with the show would have said something about it. But we're more than halfway through February now, and we have no idea when the trailer is even going to drop. What's going on here?
So, a look at Disney and Fox's upcoming movie release schedule shows that there's only a few possible movies they could release the trailer with. Call of the Wild comes out tomorrow, and I don't know if the trailer is going to come out with it. If it doesn't the next possibility is either Mulan (March 27th) or The New Mutants (April 3rd). Onward (March 6th) comes out earlier, but that's a Pixar movie, so I doubt they'd put the Bob's Burgers trailer with it.
So what's going to happen?
Not exactly related to Bob's Burgers, but it's from the same guy.
We have our first trailer for Apple TV+'s Central Park:

The Bob's Burgers theatrical movie was going to have a musical short playing before it, but it was scrapped.
A one-hour long Christmas musical episode to air in December, starring Adam Driver.
Just a person. He/him.
