• Friendly Fandoms: With The Legend of Korra after many Korra fans on Tumblr noticed similarities between the two.
• Iron Woobie: Althea by far is the character who suffered the most in the show. A survivor of domestic abuse, orphaned in her adulthood, her son was abducted, failed relationships, nearly losing her company and still buried in debt even if she was stable enough to pay off her dad's medical bills, suffered physical abuse by multiple men, a victim of extortion by her ex-husband, and the great romance of her life turned out to be the most tumultuous relationship she's ever had even if both parties claimed that it was the best thing they ever did. That actually says a lot about the scarred life that she's had but she still KEEPS going and shows no resentment over her circumstances neither does she place blame on it or on anyone.
• Never Live It Down: Glaiza De Castro made unfavorable remarks towards her LGBT fans describing them as pushy and demanding [1]. Their righteous indignation is completely justified since the series' fans did everything they could to promote interest and that the raison d'être of the series is to encourage and promote awareness of the LGBT community in the Philippines, an ostensibly favoured group. Made even worse when De Castro did a lot of Fanservice with Rhian Ramos and that nobody made her do anything she didn't consent to.
• The Scrappy: Place a bet that you'll find a viewer whose favourite character is either David, Oscar, or Tommy and watch your next month's paycheque on someone else's wallet.
