• Nightmare Fuel: Say what you will, but those wasps looked absolutely freaky the first time you see them.
• So Bad, It's Good: It's a Bert I. Gordon monster flick, don't expect stunning cinema.
• Special Effect Failure: Pretty much everything related to the giant rats. They're pet store rats wandering around a set, with wildcat noises dubbed over to make them more "threatening".
