• Complete Monster: Dutch Schultz is the cruelest mobster in New York City. Holding much of the city under his foot through his brutal protection rackets, anyone who can't pay Dutch is murdered, which happens to war veteran Frank Castle Sr. when he refuses to knuckle under Dutch's pressure. Dutch later plans to assassinate a public official in broad daylight, appalling even his fellow mobsters with his idiotic malice. A terrifyingly savage Bad Boss besides, Dutch hacks off the fingers of his own men for any reason he can think of, keeping them by the literal dozen in a cigar box on his desk. When he's informed one poor mook has lost so many fingers he can no longer perform even basic functions, Dutch invites the crippled man in and promptly shoots him dead.
