- She made a video titled I Made Out with Justin Bieber!, which was posted on November. 9, 2012. Two days later, it was revealed that Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber broke up. She lampshaded this in her video "Reasons Couples Break Up" three days after the day of the breakup. Might also be considered as Harsher in Hindsight.
- In her video, Story of My Life, there was an effect where Lilly would say the title in a sing-song tune every time she had bad luck. A year later, One Direction released the song of the same name and had the exact same tune for the chorus!
