- Catharsis Factor: Those who despised Balloon Toad in Maniac Mania for being the game's version of DeeDee will feel absolutely satisfied to punch him in the face multiple times in Lab Mode. It's no wonder the achievement for doing so is called "The Best Reward."
- Hilarious in Hindsight: Withered Toy Yoshi is missing everything from the waist down, almost as if she foreshadowed Montgomery Gator. Withered Toy Sonic and Withered Toy Mario also seemed to forshadow the fates of Glamrock Chica and Roxanne Wolf; both Toy Sonic and Glamrock Chica lost part of their mouths (Glamrock Chica lost her beak, while Toy Sonic lost the bottom half of his jaw), while both Roxanne and Toy Mario lost one of their senses (Roxanne lost her sight, while Toy Mario lost his hearing).
- Squick:
- The withered clones in FNAS 2 took quite a beating in the years that followed. Mario, for instance, got his entire face removed, leaving only his skull.
- In FNAS 3, Withered Sonic became even more damaged, resulting in Salvage Sonic; his left hand is removed entirely and his chest is exposed, leaving his rib cage and organs visible.
- Unexpected Character:
- Halloween edition of FNAS 4 includes a FNAS-ified version of Mimic, and he wasn't from the series itself, but rather from Sonic the Hedgehog (IDW).
