• Harsher in Hindsight: Neil Hope (Wheels) hosts the episode on alcoholism and mentions his own struggles with drinking. It may or may not have played a role in his death.
• Narm: The theme song is so 1992 it hurts, from the vocal stylings and harmonies to the guitars and drums.The fact that Stacie Mistysyn (Caitlin) and Keith White (Tim) did it themselves however is still pretty awesome.
• Take That!: Before the show aired on television, the actors hosted an advance screening for a group of senior high school students in Ottawa. It reportedly drew a mixed reaction. In a newspaper article at the time, Pat Mastroianni is quoted as telling some of the kids, "I bet you guys flip over to Beverly Hills, 90210".
• Values Resonance: The observations of a guy interviewed in Depression about the environment are perhaps more relevant than ever before with the increasing threat of climate change.
