• Good Bad Translation: The fan comic has been kindly translated into English, but still has the odd grammatical and spelling mistake here and there.
• Heartwarming Moments: Colin embracing little puppy Puro, his memories returning as he leaves the tower complex with him; finally fulfilling The Promise he made to his goo monster friend many years ago.
• Player Punch: The whole story takes place if you failed to properly care for Puro, and to top it off Colin tearfully blaming himself that his failure caused them both to be changed in unwanted ways.
• Tear Dryer: Colin leaving the tower to explore the world, with little born-again Puro.
• Tear Jerker: The comic is set after the events of one of the game's bad endings, where you care for Puro, but not enough to ensure a happier conclusion. Colin's flashbacks of him befriending Puro as a human pull on your heartstrings. Now that his partner has reverted into a crystalline form, and then back again, Puro has to relearn everything to become an Uplifted Animal once more, which will take years.
