YMMV / Care Bears: Adventures in Care-a-Lot

• Accidental Nightmare Fuel: The Care Bear Stare in some episodes can fell into this. At one point, the bears use it on Grumpy (who's feeling down for a perfectly legitimate reason) even as he repeatedly and explicitly tells them not to.
• Adorkable: Oopsy due to his clumsiness, his buck tooth and Ashleigh Ball's voice.
• Base-Breaking Character: Oopsy Bear. Many fans of the older series hate him, but it's undeniable that his Adorkable nature gave him a small fanbase as well.
• Broken Base:
  • The redesign of characters. There are fans who didn't like the new designs. While others think that the redesign was long overdue.
  • Tenderheart's demotion to extra didn't go well with the longtime fans of the Care Bears franchise either.
• Can't Un-Hear It: Good Luck Bear's voice sounds exactly like another character his voice actor, Samuel Vincent, voiced: Edd/Double D from Ed, Edd n Eddy.
• Replacement Scrappy: Oopsy Bear, as mentioned above, wasn't well liked as some took him as a replacement for Good Luck bear (who at this point was Demoted to Extra). Cheer Bear was also one in the eyes of fans of Tenderheart due to the change of leader from Tenderheart to Cheer.
• The Woobie: Oopsy was designed to be one. The success of the ploy was a broken base, some fans really wanted to hug Oopsy all the time, other fans just find him annoying.
