- Harsher in Hindsight:
- Link gaining the ability to change into a dragon via the Shadow Crystal is a lot gentler and reversible than the draconic transformation used in Tears of the Kingdom via the Zonai Secret Stones, which is not only permanent, but completely loses one's mind in the process.
- In Again, the three Spirit Dragons Farosh, Dinraal and Naydra are sentient and one level below true gods in their influence and majesty. In Tears of the Kingdom, though there's no explicit lore for the three dragons, the Zonai transformation implies that in that game, they were once mortals permanently transformed into powerful, immortal, mindless beasts, with no hint of the people they once were.
- Hilarious in Hindsight: This fanfic for Breath of the Wild was written in 2020, and as such, when The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom came out a few years later, there are a few elements that this fanfic managed to predict.
- Again had Link find the Shadow Crystal and learn to change into a dragon. Then comes Tears of the Kingdom, where people can and do turn into immortal dragons.
- The Goddess Hylia predicted the next threat would be Ganondorf's corpse regaining its full power, breaking its seal and crawling out from under Hyrule Castle. In Tears of the Kingdom, the story begins with Link and Zelda venturing down into the catacombs beneath the castle and finding Ganondorf's desiccated corpse, upon which it breaks free of the seal and moves to attack them.
- Both this fic and TotK had Purah re-age herself to young adulthood, though in Again, Robbie and Jerrin take her up to use the anti-aging rune as well.
