Delinquency has become a major problem among the youth, especially the high school population. Taking the matter into their own hands, the government has created a special school just for these troubled youths. Kang Hae Hyo, a seemingly normal high school student who is bullied frequently, somehow ends up in the school! He's not sure he belongs there, but something him, and his past, may be discovered at this school...

Ultimate Legend Kang Hae Hyo is Korean Webtoon by Choi Byung Yeol debuting in 2013.

  • Alpha Bitch: Seo Jun's girlfriend. Who believes that just because she's his girlfriend she's allowed to do anything she wants to other people including Hae Ri, however that backfires when her actions led to angered Hae Ri beating her up .
  • Action Girl: Kang Hae Ri who was one of delinquent leaders and was feared by many.
  • Blood Knight: Kang Hae Hyo is revealed to be this. In chapter 6 a flashback has him spotting a big grin while fighting some guys.
  • Boarding School of Horrors: When Kang Hae Hyo first arrives at the delinquent school, he ponders how a normal, non violent student like him ended up in there. But soon he discovers that he might actually belong in there...
  • Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass: Kang Hae Hyo is revealed to be very badass, it's just that he lost his memory and forgot about his strength.
  • Death Glare: Being delinquents, many character put these on to appear more intimidating.
  • Driven to Suicide: An unnamed guy seen in chapter 1. Hae Hyo almost tries this later but Hae Ri talks him out of it.
  • Jaw Drop: Happens quite often.
  • One-Steve Limit: Averted, Kang Hae Hyo soon finds a girl that has a same name as him, minus the Hyo at the end.
  • Ordinary High-School Student: Kang Hae Hyo appears as one. However he isn't.
  • Stranger in a Strange School: When he first time arrives at the delinquent school Kang Hae Hyo feels like he shouldn't be there It's later revealed, that he's maybe there for a reason.
