Kuwagata Tsumami (くわがたツマミ; translated to Stag Beetle Tsumami) was a Japanese Adobe Flash comedy web series created by Rareko. It is about Tsumami, the mischievous four-year-old daughter of a human woman and a stag beetle man.

This series of shorts existed in 2005 or so, but it saw popularity in the following few years and had its final episode in 2010. It was primarily hosted in Livedoor, where the series was last available. It had a guide book, manga, a DVD, a Nintendo DS video game, and Nendoroid figurines. Unfortunately, around 2012, its Livedoor minisite shut down, making it virtually impossible to watch all 84 shorts. It fell to obscurity in comparison with Rareko's notable works including Yawaraka Sensha, Gakkatsu and Aggretsuko.

Kuwagata Tsumami provides examples of:

  • Big Creepy-Crawlies: Tsumami's father, who is a somewhat human-sized stag beetle.
  • Half-Human Hybrid: The main character is half human and half stag beetle. The show also contains other half insect characters like Joshi-chan the half horn beetle.
  • Interspecies Romance: Tsumami's parents, a stag beetle and a human.
  • Super-Strong Child: Tsumami's jaws has the strength to lift something far heavier than her such as a vending machine.
