Algoliens (also known as Algoliens on Earth) is an upcoming reality web series created by Corey Barber. It's concept derived from Cary Huang's popular "Algicosathlon" web series (which spawned many more Algicosathlons on YouTube), specially Barber's version of Algicosathlon. The story revolves around a colorful alien race known as "Algoliens" that live in the Bermuda Triangle undiscovered by humans and compete against each other in fun competitions. The full series has yet to start but will premiere on The Algodood Productions

Algoliens (a portmanteau of "Algodoo", the physics software used for Algicosathlon videos, and "alien") are colorful humanoid creatures that live in another Galaxy ruled by their king and queen, King Saturation and Queen Spectrum, controllers of the saturations and hues of the universe. Queen Spectrum's dream is to explore the colorful universe she and her husband have created together, but this strongly worries the King, who often requests the Queen to stay secluded in her home world incase another life form comes to snatch her power.
The Queen then discovers the Earth, and chooses select members of her kind to fly to a safe, undiscovered island in the Bermuda Triangle and observe it (because humans would take the algoliens away to study them). Worried they would grow bored, the Queen manages to come up with "Algicosathlon", an icosathlon designed for her kind to compete virtually in ragdoll physics. It manages to entertain them, and she sends more algoliens to Earth to make the competition bigger, and for them to build a new fun life on the remote island, while also going along with her plan to explore the universe.
However, little did they know King Saturation's worries were right. A mysterious creature from a Deliberately Monochrome home world had always believed in the existence of Algoliens, even though in his world it was a mere myth. When the ship sending Algoliens to Earth flies by his world, he tracks them down, planning to absorb their colors to make his home world much more colorful. But to hide this fact, and kind of get to know algoliens better as he realized he was right of their existence, he decides to host a game of his own for them to play in.
The "Algoliens" concept itself is not related to Algicosathlon nor Cary Huang in any way, not even the past Algicosathlons posted on The Algodood Productions.
This show provides examples of:
- A Lizard Named "Liz": All of the characters are named after the color of their skin.
- Cloud Cuckoolander: Blue is the most energetic member who always tries to make people laugh. Then there's Chartreuse.
- Color-Coded for Your Convenience: Each character represents a different color.
- Not Quite Human: These characters act like humans, but do not resemble them.
- Similar to EQUESTRIA GIRLS and Doug, they also have non-human skin tones.
