Touichirou Suzuki is a crime lord/future antagonist.
  • Considering that Spice City is now a cesspool of crime and disarray, it's more than likely that Touichirou has made a name for himself as a powerful crime lord within the city. He still employs the Super 5 as his enforcers and kidnaps youth with potential quirks. It's also possible that he has connections with All For One and, by extension, LOV.
    • Touichirou's quirk is Energy Transfer: he can transfer large quantities of energy to anyone under his power and can also take away a person's strength to increase his own.

All For One will target Mob.
  • In the canon story, Shigaraki and AFO were interested in kidnapping Bakugou because of his powerful quirk and anti-heroic personality which they believed would make him a powerful asset to their cause. But now that Mob has taken over his spotlight by scoring high on the Entrance Exam and winning the Sports Festival, the villains would be interested in using Mob's talents for their own sinister purposes.

Mezato and Ochako are going to meet and team up.
  • In Chapter 15, Mezato figures out that Bakugou was Izuku's bully and tormentor throughout their elementary and middle school years and intends to research the subject to get a solid story. Ochako is becoming more aware of Bakugou's unreasonably violent nature towards Izuku and is making more of an effort to stop him everytime a confrontation arises. It's quite possible that the two girls will meet, realize the bad history between the two boys, and will work together to expose it to help their friends.

Present Mic was Reigen's elementary school bully
  • In Reigen's flashback, the bully had the same name as him and is shown to be quite loud. While the bully did have red hair, it's always possible that Hizashi dyed it blonde later on or that the red dye job was a one time thing. When the two men eventually meet, Mic will recognize Reigen as his former victim and will feel ashamed for his past mistakes.

Teruki Hanazawa will appear as a potential rival
  • Considering that most of the main events from Mob Psycho 100 did not occur in this reality, this would mean that Teruki was never defeated/humiliated by Mob and learned to be more humble. Without this, Teruki's negative personality continued to fester resulting in a more dangerous and arrogant figure once he goes into high school. If he ever crosses paths with Mob or the 1-A kids, it's gonna be a bad time for everybody.
    • His quirk will be Electric Whip: he can create multiple energy whips to attack or restrain an opponent while also delivering an electrical shock.

Reigen will become an unofficial member of the UA faculty
  • After their first meetings with Reigen, Aizawa and Toshinori will look into his background to determine what his relationship with Mob has been like. Realizing that he technically has more experience with Mob's powerful quirk along with knowing how the boy behaves, the faculty will hire Reigen as one-on-one adviser for Mob. (Not to mention how they can use the sketchy history of the Heroics Consultation Office to ensure that he'll go along with their requests). As time goes on, Reigen will become an adviser for the kids at 1-A and will help them with their own issues.

Mob knows about One For All
  • In Chapter 14, Mob is the last to leave Izuku along with his mentor. It's heavily implied that he heard Mob call his mentor All Might which will clue him in on the possibility of Izuku having All Might's quirk.

Tsubomi will reappear in the last chapter(s)
  • The story started with her turning down Mob's crush and encouraging him to figure out what he wants in life. When the series is about to end, Tsubomi will return with a fairly successful future and will meet with Mob to see how his life turned out.
