WMG / Database Ranger's Power Reviews

Go To

The finale will review Countdown To Destruction.
Jake has stated that episode 100 will be the finale of Power Reviews. With the recent reveal that The Landlord is Dark Spectre and him referring to K Alpha as "His child" it seems likely. Maybe K Alpha will play the role of Astronema mixed with Darkonda and take him out. Proving once and for all that he'll never learn.
  • Given that Darkonda himself shows up in the episode directly after this reveal. K Alpha being a composite of him is jossed. However...
    • Confirmed, albeit downplayed: Episode 98 is 'Countdown To Destruction: Part 1''. But the jury's still out on whether 99 or 100 will be Part 2.

Guy is a reincarnated Ecliptor.
Dark Spectre and Darkonda showed up again. So why not? Darkonda even seemed to know Guy, so it's possible.

The events of the "Power Rangers Universe" comic will be directly referenced in the finale.
Likely in the metaphorical darkest hour, with Dark Specter using said events as a Breaking Speech towards an injured Phantom Ranger.
  • Namely, Dark Specter will reveal the nature of their connection moments before tearing the Power Ruby from the Phantom Ranger's chest.
    • Confirmed for the initial WMG, but jossed for everything else. Dark Specter attempts to stop Database's Heroic Sacrifice by revealing that he made him the Phantom Ranger to begin with.

The last episode will be "Day of the Dumpster".
After all, "The Ending Is In The Beginnings". And what better episode to review for the finale than the very first episode of the franchise?
  • Alternatively, it'll be the 99th episode, with Countdown To Destruction: Part 2 being the 100th episode.

Part of 99 and 100 will have Database under the Dark Specter's control.
In episode 96, Dark Specter was revealed to have the Ranger Key for the Phantom Ranger, and the comic series Power Rangers: Universe has revealed that the Morphinaut/Phantom Ranger was one of his past hosts. And adding to that Episode 96 also heavily implies that Dark Specter wants to use the Phantom Ranger as a weapon, and 98 implies K Beta has Plans on the ship. So it wouldn't be surprising if, in the last two episodes, Database is forcibly controlled by Dark Specter at some point.
  • If this is the case, then the Review segment will be done by his friends in an attempt to get him to snap of it-or even him doing it as he's being controlled, to show he's actively fighting back against the Grand Monarch of Evil.
    • Jossed.
