  • Approval of God: Zoltán Tarcsi (Jolly) is proud that more people enjoy "CIKI CIKI BAM BAM". It helps that Avex Group, who are part of the show's production, asked his permission to use his song and credit him in return.
  • The Cast Showoff:
    • Subaru Kimura, who voiced Kabetaijin's rival rapper Sekitoba Kung Fu, is also a rapper. The series lets him showcase his rapping skills in episode 5.
    • Likewise, Shoya Chiba and Ryōtarō Okiayu also showcase their rapping skills in episode 6 given that they're part of Paradox Live hip-nop and rap project.
    • Some of the cast in the live-action drama are in Japanese music industry such as Eiko's actress, Moka Kamishiraishi, whose singer stage name is Adieu; Kabetaijin's actor, Rubi Miyase, who used to be a member of the idol group M!LK; and Sekitoba Kung Fu's actor, ELLY who is also a rapper and a member of J-Pop boy group Sandaime J Soul Brothers.
  • Colbert Bump: Thanks to the anime, a lot of viewers worldwide become more aware of Jolly's "Bulikirály" which is the original version of the opening song. An even bigger bump occurred for 96Neko as her singing performances in the anime quickly garnered huge attention online.
  • Non-Singing Voice:
    • Eiko is voiced by Kaede Hondo but her singing voice is done by 96Neko who also did the ending song.
    • Nanami Kuon is voiced by Hibiku Yamamura while her singing voice is Lezel.
  • Real Song Theme Tune: Both the opening and ending songs are covers of "Bulikirály" by Hungarian singer Jolly and "Kibun Jōjō ↑↑" by Japanese urban-pop duo Mihimaru GT respectively.note
  • Sleeper Hit: The manga was initially not very well-known and there was little to no excitement for the anime when it was first announced. After the first episode aired, some positive reception started gradually building up online for the unique premise and the amazing music courtesy of 96Neko as Eiko's singing voice. Then the second episode aired and showed off the super-catchy OP sequence and introduced the first dose of Kongming's insane strategies, and the anime began to rapidly blast off like a rocket with no looking back from then on. When Avex Pictures's Youtube channel put up a full version of Eiko's song "Be Crazy For Me," the video achieved 1 million views on the 1st day and easily earned 100,000 likes in less than 2 weeks! And when the season finale aired, on Anime Corner the episode triumphantly took the top spot in the weekly rankings for the first time, flying past other heavy hitters like Kaguya-sama: Love Is War's 3rd season and Spy X Family and even Anime Corner's major fan favorite Date A Live IV, which lost by only 0.1% of the vote!
