• California Doubling: Averted, as the Times Square scenes were actually filmed there.
• The Danza: Craig Anton as Craig from Albany.
• Deleted Scene: A bunch, but most notably Michael bumping into Devon White, who's become a homeless man in New York after getting fired in "Halloween" and isn't too happy to see Michael again.
• Harpo Does Something Funny: Steve Carell mostly improvised Michael's comments when he walks around Times Square.
• The Red Stapler: Because of fan demand, NBC started offering a real Dwight bobblehead for sale, ultimately selling around 150,000 of them. They eventually added bobbleheads for the rest of the cast as well.
• Similarly Named Works: There are also episodes of Abbott Elementary, Junior Officers, Ma Fille, and SpongeBob SquarePants titled "Valentine's Day".
