Trivia / The Legend of the Titanic

Go To

  • Blooper: During In Search of the Titanic, during the rave part of Pingo's song, you can hear a woman's voice saying "That was scary" in the background.
  • Cross-Dressing Voices: Some of the animal characters. In the sequel, the two mice (Top Connors and Ronnie) sound like girls when they were established to be male in the first film.
  • Dueling Movies: With Titanic: The Legend Goes On. Appears odd at first, but isn't quite so odd when you consider that this movie came first and was more popular in Italy than the other one.
  • Fake Brit: Rachel is voiced by a voice actress named Teresa Pascarelli, who is not British but Italian, though her accent is very convincing. Subverted with Elizabeth's voice actress Jane Alexander. She lives and works in Italy but she is a UK native.
  • Non-Singing Voice: Painfully noticeable whenever a song crops up. The most glaring example is Pingo, who goes from Paul Lynde to the Crypt Keeper during his "Welcome to Atlantis" musical number.
  • The Other Darrin: Some of the characters in Tentacolino have different voice actors than the previous film, which makes them sound a lot younger. The more notable examples are Smiley the dog, Top Connors and Ronnie.
