When RockyBro10 let Pico know about an animation project based on Oldum77’s games, the latter was interested. He even showed a first design of Respiro by Dark Blue Productions that Rocky showed to Pico. When Dark Blue found out about it, he was surprised... in a positive way.
Dark Blue let Oldum77 know about the project, and said it would be really nice. He even asked him if he could voice Respiro, to which he said yes. Even FrogPuppy77 - Oldum’s brother - approved of the project.
NotSoDevy, the developer of Sonic Reclassified as well as a lot of other .EXE games, was notified of the prologue being released and showing footage of his game. In his words, “sonic reclassified appearing here had me in 2 emotions: 1. i was pretty surprised it made an appearance here. 2. nobody even knows or plays sonic reclassified cause i feel like its a terrible game i made”. Of course, Rocky told him that he wanted to acknowledge the game’s existence, which was pretty nice of him.
Toy's Madness Friday, a Friday Night Funkin' mod based on TOYSTORY.EXE and other Toy Story media, got the approval of Oldum77 himself, with everyone involved in the mod being credited in the animated TOYSTORY.EXE trilogy's scripts.
Oldum77, the main director of the .EXE Saga, is the voice of Respiro and Xenon (his hedgehog OC).
RockyBro10, the main writer and former director, voices Aladdin, Buzz Lightyear, Shadow the Hedgehog and Julian Robotnik.
Dark Blue, the animator and new director alongside Pico, voices the Peddler.
Fan Translation: After the Prologue's release, Exepan95 offered to assist with Russian translations for the videos, which Rocky accepted the request for, in part due to Exepan's past work in doing such a translation for Oldum77.EXE: The Finale, as well as for AWHOLENEWWORLD.EXE and the first two TOYSTORY.EXE games and their Crazed Edition counterparts.
Not only did Oldum77 voice Respiro in this project, but he was also the voice of NULL in Xanster's Don't Leave Me, and Shadow (alongside being the former VA for SoniKiller) in Sonic.EXE All-Stars.
Travinity, aside from being the narrator of both this project and Nightmare Shorts 4, also voices Logan Underwood in the web series, Steve and Friends.
