• Creator Backlash: Neither Jeri Ryan nor Garrett Wang think much of the Do You Want to Copulate? scene. Ryan felt it was out of character, while Wang was just mad Harry didn't get the girl again!
• Typecasting: Two years before appearing as the deranged Serial Killer in The Bone Collector, Leland Orser is guest-starring as a deranged, murderous hologram. Evidence of this trope being in effect is that Orser's career has generally consisted of roles as twitchy, deranged, psychotic characters.
• You Look Familiar: This is Leland Orser's third character in Star Trek. His first had a bit role as one of Haneek's two husbands in DS9's "Sanctuary." He then played Romulan Colonel Lovok in DS9's "The Die is Cast", or actually, the Changeling impostor of him. He would go on to appear in Star Trek: Enterprise.
