• Actor-Shared Background: Emily is part Filipino like her actress Vanessa Hudgens.
• The Cast Showoff: Series star Vanessa Hudgens is also known as a singer. The series managed to get to the end of episode 3 before finding an excuse for her to sing. And in Episode 9, she flawlessly belts out lines from a karaoke song.
• The Danza:
  • Ron Funches as Ron (last name unrevealed as of the pilot).
  • Adam West as Chairman Dean West.
• What Could Have Been: The show was going to be set at an insurance company, until the crew realized it would look pretty darn sleazy for Bruce Wayne to own a company that directly profits from super battles. Also, Emily was initially supposed to be a more jaded person that had been with the company a long time and was annoyed by all the hero villain fights inconveniencing people trying to get to work, rather than the Naïve Newcomer that was excited to see superheroes in action. Her relationship with Teddy was far more friendly with hints of romantic undertones since they've worked together for some time, while Van (originally named Dell Hellar) was a far more antagonistic character and Emily's new boss. Jackie was also more of a ditzy blond, Wendy was played Kate Micuccio and was intended to be Wendy Harris while Josh Fadem played her twin brother Marvin, and finally Ron was nowhere to be seen.
