• What Could Have Been: Several things went wrong for the Bruderschaft outside of kayfabe - Claudio getting signed by WWE, Daizee retiring due to illness, and whatever went sideways between Chikara and Tim Donst. As Quackenbush disliked breaking kayfabe to begin with and is something of a pariah in wrestling nowadays for various reasons, we'll probably never know the original plans for the BDK angle.
