• Children Voicing Children: The child characters are voiced by actual kids, which is common for preschool cartoons with a Canadian voice cast.
• Real-Life Relative: Samantha Bee (voice of Arty's mom) and Jason Jones (voice of Arty's dad) are actually married in real life!
• The Merch: It has managed a couple, unsurprisingly sold through Amazon. There are two different t-shirts, one targeted towards boys and the other towards girls. The other is an artist's belt that looks like the one worn by the show's star Arty and includes various art supplies such as a coloring pad, doodle pad, water pads, sticker books, crayons and paintbrushes.
• The Other Darrin: Starting with the second season, Meesha Contreras replaced Christian Distefano as the voice of Arty.
