  • …But I Play One on TV: According to Flávia Alessandra, some viewers who met her on the street during the show's original run were genuinely angry at her for Cristina's actions.
  • Cowboy BeBop at His Computer: Memória Globo's website has a summary of each character from the show, but it gives wrong information about several of them.
    • It states that Clarice is a Bookworm who gathers all the kids of the village and helps Terê to get interested in books, and that her life goal is to teach. All of those traits are actually Elias', and Clarice is never mentioned to be interested in books.
    • It says Guto gets a job at the club to stay near Cristina, but the one who gets a job as a lifeguard there is not him, but Xavier, even if Guto is often there with him.
    • It says Mirella has trouble adapting to her new life without luxury, but she actually has little issues adapting to their new lifestyle. The one who has trouble is Olívia, and Mirella keeps trying to make her accept how things are for them now.
    • It says Divina and Osvaldo are Big Eaters who are capable of devouring tons of macaroni, though they're never actually seen eating large amounts of food.
    • It says Eurico is clumsy, gets easily distracted, and constantly bumps into and breaks stuff, when he doesn't actually show any issues working as Rafael's butler.
  • Fake Mixed Race: Serena is a mixed race character, daughter of an indigenous woman and a white man. However, she's played by Priscila Fantin, a white actress with Italian ancestry.
  • No Stunt Double: Flávia Alessandra performed most of her own stunts, and actually got hurt from some fight scenes.
  • Real Song Theme Tune: "Alma Gêmea" by Fábio Júnior was already a well-known song from the singer's self-titled 1994 album Fabio Jr.
  • Uncredited Role: Since both the opening and the closing credits remain unchanged for the entirety of the series, Felipe Camargo (Julian) and Aisha Jambo (Sabina), who were invited to the cast while the show was already running, are left uncredited (though they are officially credited in Globo's website).
  • Underage Casting: Walderez de Barros plays Adelaide, mother of Agnes and Débora, despite being just fourteen years older than Elizabeth Savalla and just four years older than Ana Lúcia Torre.
  • What Could Have Been: Liliana Castro was the first choice to play the protagonist Serena, but as the actress was already busy with her theatrical career, she was cast as Luna and Priscila Fantin was hired for the role of Serena.
