• Late Export for You: Despite the English dub being made in Canada, it never aired on TV over there and couldn't be seen until it was uploaded to its official YouTube channel years later.
• Missing Episode: For unknown reasons the YouTube channel for the English version is missing the Season 2 episodes "Tom the Sore Thumb", "Mirror, Mirror, Off the Wall", "The Nature of the Beast", "The Fairiksen Family", "Beauty and the Mangy Beast", "An Almost Perfect Day", "No Kidding Around", "My Worst Best Friend", "Big Bad Dog", "Right Under Your Nose", "No Strings Attached" and "In Your Wildest Dreams".
• Real Song Theme Tune: "A Kind of Magic" by Queen. The show is even named after it.
• Sequel Gap: There is an 11-year gap between the first and second seasons.
• What Could Have Been: According to one press release, Tom and Cindy were initially supposed to actually be Tom Thumb and Cinderella (their namesakes), and pose as children. They are simply named after them, and actually are children, in the final show.
