• 1960: Maria Nagisa/Miss America II is born.
• 1969: Masao Den befriends the mysterious Tsukikage Clan after they save his life while training in Hell Valley.
• 1977: Makoto Jin's brother Akira is murdered by associates of the Dark General, a mastermind of the underworld they were pursuing. (Ep. 34)

Series

• The Battle Fever squadron, a team of four male spies, is forced to begin investigating the strange society known as Egos when it begins to conduct bizarre murders. Diane Martin, an FBI agent, joins them just as her father is killed by Egos. The team gains new suits and arsenal as well as dance moves to face Egos as a full five-person team under General Kurama Tetsuzan. The Battle Fever team defeats the Umbrella Monster. (Ep. 1)
• The Battle Fever team defeats the Fang Lion Monster. (Ep. 2)
• During an investigation connected with the building of their top-secret Battle Fever Robo, a spy reveals that Egos is working on their own giant robot before being killed by a monster set by Satan Egos. The Battle Fever team defeats the Death Mask Monster. (Ep. 3)
• Egos ultimately succeeds in getting information on Battle Fever's robot by pulling it from the mind of Keiko Nakahara, who works alongside them. The Battle Fever team defeats the Psychokinesis Monster. (Ep. 4)
• After manipulating a worker for Battle Fever to discover Battle Fever Robo is near completion, Satan Egos launches their Buffalo Robot to prove Egos' superiority. Battle Fever finally activate their robot after Tetsuzan states it is complete and defeat the Buffalo Robot in response. The Battle Fever team defeats the Buffalo Monster. (Ep. 5)

• Discovering the identity of Miss America as Diane, Egos captures her sister which leads to Diane's own capture where she is severely weakened by the Dracula Monster. To protect the team, Diane gives her Miss America outfit and identity to Maria Nagisa, an F.B.I. agent in Japan to protect Diane's sister, and ultimately returns to the United States to recover and protect her sister. The Battle Fever team defeats the Dracula Monster. (Ep. 24)
• The Battle Fever team defeats the Magic Monster. (Ep. 25)
• The Battle Fever team defeats the Bandage Monster. Satan Egos discovers the secret identites of Battle Fever (Ep. 26)
• The Battle Fever team defeats the Black Mask Monster. (Ep. 27)
• The Battle Fever team defeats the Jellyfish Urchin Monster. (Ep. 28)

• While looking after a girl whose father was murdered by Egos, Kensaku Shiraishi (Battle Cossack) is ambushed by a platoon of Cutmen lead by Salome, who shoot him multiple times. Battle Cossack dies within minutes after the attack. Makoto Jin, a former rival of Shiraishi, takes his costume and decides to become the new Battle Cossack to continue his legacy. The Battle Fever team defeats the Eagle Monster. (Ep. 33)
• The Battle Fever team defeats the Cicada Killer Monster. (Ep. 34)

• 1989: Among the 10 Super Sentai preceeding the Turborangers, Battle Fever stands behind them as they confront the Hundred Boma Tribes. (Kousoku Sentai Turboranger ep. 1)
• 2001: As one of the first 24 Super Sentai, Battle Fever provides their support in the Gaorangers fight against Lost Highness Duke Rakushaasa. (Gaoranger vs. Super Sentai)
• 2006: As one of the first 30 Super Sentai, Battle Japan's Red Warrior spirit is inherited by AkaRed. (Boukenger vs. Super Sentai)
• 2011: Battle Fever, among the first 34 Super Sentai, oppose an invasion of Earth by the Space Empire Zangyack in what becomes known the Legend War, ending with all Super Sentai sacrificing their power to destroy the invasion fleet. Dispersed throughout the universe, the powers ultimately resurface as Ranger Keys whilst the former Super Sentai disband. (Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger ep. 1, 199 Hero Great Battle)
• 2012: A month following the defeat of the second Zangyack invasion, the powers of the 34 Super Sentai are returned to them by the Gokaigers. (Gokaiger ep. 51)
• 2012: Battle Fever, among the first 34 Super Sentai, are apparently defeated by Tsukasa Kadoya (Kamen Rider Decade), Great Leader of Dai-Shocker which seeks to wipe out the Super Sentai, opposing Dai-Zangyack led by Emperor (formerly Captain) Marvelous (Gokai Red) who are hunting the Kamen Riders. Infact, all the presumed deceased Sentai and Riders had been transported to the dimensional rift, from which they emerge to defeat the new Shocker-Zangyack Alliance. (Super Hero Taisen)
• 2017: Battle Fever, among the first 38 Super Sentai, provide their power for the Ninningers and Zyuohgers to defeat Gillmarda. (Zyuohger vs. Ninninger)
• 2019: Battle Fever is embroiled in the Super Sentai Strongest Battle. (Super Sentai Strongest Battle)
• 2021: Battle Fever, among the first 44 Super Sentai, is embroiled in the Zenkaigers' conflict with the Kikaitopia Dynasty Tojitendo. (Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger)
