• Kara gets upset and teary-eyed when Superman explains he’s not a scientist and he has no idea how to travel across a dimensional barrier.
• Belinda's emotional breakdown when Alura says she's not her daughter.
• After defeating Mr. Mxyzptlk, Lena's brain gets fried a bit, requiring Superman and Lex Luthor to stop in the middle of fighting so Lex can save her. He manages it, but at the cost of having his little sister, who is quite possibly the only person that he shows any care for in all this, hate him. Even Superman himself seems to feel sorry for his Arch-Enemy, and Lex, who was getting ready to literally fist fight the Man of Steel a second ago, suddenly becomes very resigned to going to prison.
  Lex Luthor: Her mind was caught in a feedback loop. She was torn between her loyalty to me and her friendship with Supergirl.
  Superman: So you allowed her to forgive...
  Lex: No. I tried to reinforce her hatred and rage. But her mind rejected me. If I had forced it, I might have destroyed her. So I let her go. And now my little sister, the last of my family, despises me. And it's all your fault.
  Superman: Lex...
