Tear Jerker / Crimson and Emerald

• Hawks lost a good chunk of his childhood and freedom at age six just for helping someone not get hurt. Sure he and his mother weren't in poverty anymore but he had his entire life dictated since he was six....
• The discovery that not only is Kei dead, but he's been dead for almost 22 years due to illness. None of the Midoriya family, his parents or his sister, ever got the chance to say goodbye, and only found out about his death and his wife and son due to pure luck.
• Not to mention Kiyome's relationship with her in-laws was so bad that she feared that they would make her abort her son. As a result, they never got any sort of closure with Kei. The elder Midoriyas never got to see their son be a father nor reconcile with him.
• No adults helped poor Izuku at all when Katsuki's bullying turned outright abusive, not even his own mother. No wonder he had no faith in his mother to help him if she didn't notice that he was getting hurt.
• Poor Izuku went through so much pain for a lie. He already had a Quirk and his suffering was for nothing.
• The U.A. traitor is revealed to be Vlad King, something his friends on the U.A. staff and his students in Class B will have to confront. Made worse in light of his actions getting Neito, someone he was supposed to protect, getting captured by the League.
  • All of this is made worse by the fear that said traitor wasn't working alone.
