"Sushi's Gundam Roleplays" are a series of Play By Post Games hosted by Sushi
on Sufficient Velocity.
Set in the Universal Century during the events of The One Year War, the games focus on a selection of pilots from the Earth Federation as they fight The Principality of Zeon.
The first RP covered The Battle of Loum, the second the main portion of the One Year War, while the third and current roleplay covers the immediate aftermath of the war.
- Ace Pilot: Some of the Players are this.
- Big Badass Battle Sequence: The first RP is set during the Battle of Loum, the first major battle of the One Year War.
- False Flag Operation: During Loum, the players discover and take multiple peices of Zeon tech which they use both in the battle and afterwards. Including a ship.
- Reassigned to Antarctica: Getting into the player group is often seen as this.
- Suicide Mission: The players get sent on these.
- Suprisingly Elite Cannon Fodder: Maybe a bit less than normal as they are the squadron in the Federation responsible for testing out the [[Superweapon new tech]] but given they also have to determine the flaws mid-fight...
- You Nuke 'Em: The RP squadron's success in Loum is majorly attributed to their wide-spread use of Nukes during the battle.
- War Arc: The entire second RP is set during the One Year War.
- War Is Hell: Most of the Characters feel this way, especially after the battle of Loum.
