Victor and Anita come back from saving the world to be informed that they are not the best U.Z.Z agents in the world; "The Secret Man" is. By coincidence, The Secret Man goes missing, and U.Z.Z have to look for him.
Changed Daily's Name: Flobba Wobba Bobba Bobba Bobba Bobba.

- Crazy-Prepared: The Secret Man's coat is filled with gadgets and ammunition. Downplayed in that the coat has its limits and runs out of items soon after.
- Elaborate Underground Base: Parodied and lampshaded by Anita when visiting the Secret Man's informant, as the laundry they go to in order to seek out said informant is extremely long and filled with coats and trousers. The two even get tired of walking!
- The Faceless: The Secret Man's identity is never revealed. When he wears his coat, his face is inked out in darkness, and Victor and Anita see him for the first time with his face in the shadows. From what little we see of him, he shares Victor's nose... and that's about it.
- Gainax Ending: The show ends with FWBBBB going to meet The Secret Woman and immediately acts seductively and uses some breath freshener.
- Once an Episode:
- Sweet Little Granny is evicted from her time-slot by Ray telling Granny to hold onto a boat's jet-ski as she's pulled off the set.
- Victor and Anita land on skybikes after the title sequence, singing the theme song, very much like they did in the first episode of the show.
- Changed Daily's name is "Flobba Wobba Bobba Bobba Bobba Bobba" for this episode. This is one of the few times where his name truly breaks Professor Professor, and it takes a good minute to get over the silly name, instead of the usual 20 seconds. FWBBBB is also not particularly happy with this name either.
- Running Gag:
- One Breath Lady's Sesquipedalian Loquaciousness making her tell various U.Z.Z agents important information when nearly out of breath.
- People not saying FWBBBB's name correctly.
- Shout-Out: To Aladdin, as a bunny can be seen flying a magic carpet in the middle east.
