The Prouds have a party at their house, but are warned about the house being haunted. Penny gets superpowers from Oscar's snacks, which she uses to protect her family against a ghost.
Tropes:
- Freudian Excuse: In life, Krebs was a very rich man, but he died without friends or family. To add insult to injury, when the Proud Family moved into his abode, he was forced to watch for 10 years as Oscar enjoyed (and occasionally took for granted) the very things he never had.
- Halloween Episode / Superhero Episode: It's in the title after all.
- Innocently Insensitive: From where Krebs stands (or floats), Oscar's attempts to make light of the situation come off as this. In his own light-hearted way, he tries to use Sugar Mama as an example of how his life isn't perfect and isn't worth envying. But it only drives home Krebs' point about how Oscar takes for granted that he has a good life despite the things he deems hardships.
- Noodle Incident: Suga Mama and Krebs seem to know each other, but it's never mentioned how or when they met or if Suga Mama knew Oscar and Trudy bought Krebs' house all those years ago.
- Oh, Crap!: The shared reaction everyone in the house has when the actual magician Trudy hired finally shows up, causing Oscar to ask who the other guy is.
- Power-Up Food: Penny gets superpowers after trying Oscar's Proud Scary Snax.
