The Professor has the girls visit a retirement home and interact with the elderly. Buttercup isn't too thrilled at doing so, but meets an old woman who claims she was a superhero from the 70s named Green Wing. While initially not believing her, Buttercup finds out the story is true when she accidentally unleashes one of her old villains.

- …And That Little Girl Was Me: Green Wing talks about herself in the third person before of course revealing she is Green Wing. Buttercup has trouble believing her however due to her old age and the story getting a little odd at the end, hinting that Green Wing might be going senile.
- Fan Disservice: Green Wing in her outfit when she was younger? Not Bad. Green Wing in her outfit when she's elderly? Brain Bleach please.
- I Was Quite a Looker: Green Wing was indeed pretty cute during her superhero days.
- Musical Assassin: Blue Genie uses his powers to make people dance.
- Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: Green Wing warns Buttercup about her old villain, Blue Genie, sealed in one of her records. Naturally Buttercup doesn't listen and plays the record, releasing him.
- Old Superhero: Green Wing is one of these, having been a hero during the 70s.

- Sealed Evil in a Can: Blue Genie, who was sealed inside one of Green Wing's records.
