Somewhere, in the depths of a coal mine...

The Aquabats are trying to get rid of a giant molebat, but in true Aquabat fashion run for their lives as soon as they're confronted by the monter. The Commander uses some dynamite to collapse the entrance, only to be chewed out by the miners who hired them: now they can't get into their workplace at all. After sheepishly leaving because there's nothing more they can do, the 'bats run out of gas on the way to their next stop. Trekking across the desert on foot, they find a town under the control of a demented android. Who's also a cowboy.

Tropes

• A.I. Is a Crapshoot: The Cowboy Android was originally just a robotic actor, but too much time in the desert heat melted his circuitry and turned him into a Robotic Psychopath.
• Big Damn Heroes: The android has the drop on the other Aquabats, then the Commander comes running in with the giant molebat right behind him, and uses it to destroy the android.
• The Cameo: Pinkie Pie makes a brief "blink-and-you-miss-it" appearance during the ''Winging It" song.
• Chekhov's Gun: The mole bat from the mines comes back and devours the Cowboy Android after the MCBC lures it using a cheese ball.
• Crossing the Desert: The Aquabats cross one to find gas for the Battletram.

  Cowboy Android: Big word for a little man in a cage.
• Roar Before Beating: The giant mole bat at the beginning of the episode.
• Robotic Reveal: The Bat Commander hits the Cowboy Android Sheriff in "Cowboy Android!" with a chair, revealing the robotic exterior beneath his face.
• What the Hell, Hero?: After sealing the mole bat in the mines, the miners who hired them to get rid of it deliver one of these to the Aquabats, as that's where they work.
