Team Formation! Smile Pretty Cure!! (known as The Library of Legends in the Glitter Force version) is the sixth episode of Smile Pretty Cure!, and the 395th episode overall in the Pretty Cure franchise.
The Cures learn the story of why Candy came to find them.

- Art Shift: Pop's story is told via still images that are sketchier and more watercolor-esque than the usual animation style.
- Big "WHAT?!": Miyuki shouts one of these when she finds out that Candy doesn't remember why she needed to assemble the Cures.
- Foreshadowing: While playing cards, Wolfrun, Akaoni, and Majorina keep pulling a joker card. Then they hear a voice as the cards whirl to life and fly over the room. When their next scene starts, Joker appears.
- Mythology Gag: In one frame of Pop's story, the monsters behind Wolfrun, Akaoni, and Majorina resemble Zakennas.
- Mr. Exposition: Pop serves as one to explain the Cures' mission to restore Royale Queen and to prevent the revival of Pierrot.
