Captain Murphy places Sealab on high alert because his beloved Happycake oven has been stolen. As he goes to drown his sorrows in pudding, Sparks reveals to Marco that a) he stole the Happycake oven and dumped it in the ocean, and b) he's an Evil Overlord with plans for world domination. After killing his head henchman for the freeze ray not being ready, Sparks hires Marco as his replacement.
In the ocean, a giant squid has found and claimed the Happycake oven for his own.
Meanwhile, Murphy still hasn't found his Happycake oven. Learning that Stormy knows that he peed his bed (really done by the orphans at Sparks's behest), Murphy sends Stormy on a suicide mission with Quinn and a random French diver.
Sparks is telling Hesh that he cannot be one of his henchmen when Murphy interrupts wanting to see the progress of Quinn and Stormy, blatantly ignoring the fact that there's a giant squid out there ready to kill them.
As the Frenchman waxes poetic about the sea, Stormy and Quinn find the oven and the squid, but the squid doesn't try to harm them until Stormy drops a rock on it. As it squeezes the diver they're in, Sparks tells Stormy to press the off button on the oven, which he rigged to set off a tear gas grenade. As Quinn and Stormy head home and Murphy goes to pick up his oven, Sparks reveals to Marco what the on button does-sets off a 15 ton megaton hydrogen bomb.
Marco tries to stop Murphy from turning it on, but he does so anyway and Sealab blows up again...
...only this time it was All Just a Dream of Murphy's.
