J.D. and Turk play golf on the roof and apparently cause a car accident - could karma be to blame? Jordan reveals a life altering secret to J.D. on the day of the birth of her baby. Carla goes a little more crazy.
- Aw, Look! They Really Do Love Each Other: Even though Jordan's kicked him out of the birthing suite, Cox asks his right hand man JD to keep an eye on her for him. Later she opens up to JD that she loves how much he tried to take care of her but she has trouble being vulnerable and now she thinks she's driven him away for good. Cue Cox bursting in to say it's time to get the baby out and he's staying no matter what.
- Bait-and-Switch Comment: Paul tells Eliot he knows she's not really being honest with him and it bugs him. Then, after Eliot opens up about all her crazy, she ends by asking "There! Are you happy now?" and he responds with "No. [Beat] I'm incredibly turned on.".
- Call-Back: Eliot calls herself "four-date-Reid" and Carla asks about the surgeon she had a one night stand earlier.
- Mama's Baby, Papa's Maybe: Cox doesn't know he's the father, so when he asks Jordan to cut him some slack because "I don't see the real father running around here busting his hump.", she gets pretty upset.
- Properly Paranoid: Jordan didn't tell Perry he's the father because she didn't know how he'd respond and she didn't want to guilt him into a relationship she didn't want. He's given her a lot of evidence over the years that he'd try to "do the right thing" but would make them both miserable.
- The Reveal: Jordan's baby is actually Cox's, not some random Greek guy.
- Secret-Keeper: Jordan surprises JD by telling him her secret, making him her unwilling confidant.
