- Dead All Along: As it turns out, the victim was killed when the criminal S.W.A.T. was pursuing threw her aside, making her fall and crack her skull on a table. Only seconds before Hondo and Street arrived, she was already dead, and the flashbang grenade used to subdue the criminal that Internal Affairs believed caused her fatal fall was irrelevant.
- Innocent Bystander: The episode's plot revolves around one of these getting inadvertently killed in a S.W.A.T. raid.
- Oh, Crap!: Hondo and Street's reaction to finding a dead woman lying in the apartment in the wake of their arrest.
