After Saiko was forced to leave the Mushroom Kingdom for Japan, her friends spend the day with her. Things take a turn when they end up in the anime town and meet a famous artist with a unique ability...Part four of the Anime Arc, focusing solely on SMG4 and company while introducing a new character named Axol.

- Art Initiates Life: Axol has a special ability to make anything he draws come to life, most notably anime. Unlike Kamek's magic (used to bring Saiko to life way back in "Doki Doki Mario Club"), this isn't permanent and the creations disappear after a time.
- Curb-Stomp Battle: The Jotaro Kujo created by Axol to guard his apartment gives this to a Waddle Doo attempting to see him.
- Doomed Hometown: This seems to be the direction the Mushroom Kingdom is headed if the news report is anything to go by.
- Large Ham: Axol is very... extravagant.
- Mundane Utility: Axol can create life from whatever he draws with the help of his "Ink Weaver". He mainly uses these to get around and guard his apartment.
- Remember the New Guy?: Axol, the axolotl manga artist.
- Super-Persistent Predator: The group of SMG4, Boopkins, Bob and Saiko temporarily become this to Axol, who remains completely oblivious to them the entire time.
