It's an all out Battle Royale between Mario and the ENTIRE SMG4 cast! Who will be the last one standing?
Master Hand has decided to capitalise on the Battle Royale game trend, and now the newest Smash Bros. game will have 100 contestants across a massive island! After an initial misunderstanding, Mario and SMG4 team up to be the last ones standing.
Contains examples of:
- Always a Bigger Fish: Played with for the deaths of Toadsworth, Shroomy, Wario, Waluigi, and Iggy.
- Die Laughing: How Mario kills SMG4.
- Dissonant Laughter: Mario and SMG4 fight in the yard at the end when it is just the two of them left. They both have guns, and at one point are in a stalemate, both of them having guns pointed at the other's head. Mario shoots his, only for it to turn out to be empty. Cue a Beat with Mario facepalming and SMG4 laughing at Mario. Mario takes advantage of this distraction to pull out a second gun and shoot him through the head, killing him.
- Et Tu, Brute?: Fishy Boopkins and Bob are driving in a car through the hills, and Boopkins says he thinks they might win this. Bob turns him and says "There Can Be Only One." before throwing him out the window. Bob then happens to end up crashing into the foot of Toad's mech, and is promptly killed by him offscreen. In addition, SMG4 betrays Mario towards the end after using him as a platform to get over the fence.
- Good Cannot Comprehend Evil: Luigi does not understand how a fighting tournament works, and wishes aloud that this tournament has less violence than the others, prompting a Face Palm from Mario.
- Killed Offscreen: Shroomy has a tank, which he blows up Toadsworth in, before Wario and Waluigi show up in a bigger mech and are about to kill him. Before they can, Iggy shows up in an even bigger mech behind them, about to kill them. Before he can, Toad shows up in a giant mech behind him. The episode cuts back to Mario and SMG4, and then suddenly the death counter displays that Toad has killed Shroomy, Wario, Waluigi, and Iggy.
- Laser-Guided Karma: Bob betrays Boopkins and throws him out of the car off a cliff. Immediately afterwards he drives into the foot of Toad's mech, which kills him.
- Sound-Only Death: Kirby is seen with a gun chasing down Dedede. They run off into the forest, and a few seconds later the death counter shows that Kirby has killed Dedede.
