This MMBC provides examples of:

Cancellation: A variation in that everything involving the challengey-aspects and murderous-aspects had been filmed, but the filming of the story parts to surround them was what tipped the project into DNF. - Expy: Carl Chase, of the antagonist from Llamas with Hats.
- Genre Shift: Rather than being a straight bacheloret challenge, this project would have taken more of the guise of a slice of life story, with all involved living in a small part of town, getting to know each other, and unravelling as the murders went forward.
- Loose Canon: Due to the deaths being set but never shown, it's ambiguous as to whether the contestants for this project count as dead or alive. The project being set 20 Minutes into the Future further complicates things, as technically none of them are even born in current Simblr continuity.
- What Could Have Been: Shortly after cancellation, the author released the results of aforesaid murder rolls. Though this too has since been deleted, what is remembered is that:
- Akoya was supposed to die first, just like Skipper did
- Carl was supposed to drown, just like Eleanor did
- Mina would have been the murderer, and Nuri the winner
