- Blatant Lies: Rosaria tells Gordon that all ingredients used in their food are fresh, but her lies are thrown in her face when he discovers the mussels served to him were frozen. She keeps up the denial to the point of angering Ramsay.
- Brutal Honesty: Dustin, the sous chef, tells Gordon how exactly the ingredients are treated even when Rosaria is next to him telling absolute lies.
